Action Over Talk
I believe in aligning words with action — putting the audio with the video.
District 8 is my focus — fully, completely, and without distraction. I'm here to rally our community, listen deeply, and push for real action, not just talk.
I’m stepping forward with one clear commitment: I show up for my community with my whole self. My strength comes from decades of service — U.S. Army, DOD, DOJ, and VBA — where I learned discipline, unity, accountability, and the importance of standing with people, not above them.
Everything I’ve done has prepared me to lead with steadiness and purpose. I don’t chase attention; I focus on action. I believe in listening, in working alongside the community, and in building solutions that last.
The Northside is in a moment of momentum and pride. I see a community ready to rise, ready to grow, ready to claim its future. And I’m here because I believe in that rise.
One band, one sound — that’s how I lead. Together we lift, together we build, together we move forward.
I’m here to stand tall for the Northside and to honor the strength, resilience, and unity that define District 8.
"Leadership is showing up shoulder-to-shoulder with the people you serve."
Service is the foundation of who I am and the heartbeat of my family. I’m a proud U.S. Army veteran, and a proud mother of a U.S. Army officer currently serving our country. My family’s legacy stretches across generations — my grandfather, father, siblings, aunts, and uncles all served.
Those experiences, both stateside and overseas, taught me discipline, teamwork, and the responsibility of showing up for the people who depend on you. That same strength is what I bring to Northside steady, grounded, and committed.
Northside Rising isn’t just a theme; it’s a reflection of the resilience, pride, and unity I’ve lived my entire life. Service shaped me, but community drives me. One band, one sound — that’s how I move, and that’s how I show up for Northside.
I've listened to neighbors who feel overlooked and underserved. Many have shared that they're tired of leaders who talk but don't deliver — tired of seeing improvements only in certain areas while others wait for basic services.
They want streetlights fixed, parks maintained, code enforcement that actually enforces, and city services that respond when called.
"We want someone whose audio matches their video."
Someone who doesn't disappear after the meeting ends. Someone who stays, listens, and pushes for results — that will not sell us out for a few dollars, and that will ensure our entire district benefits, not just a few.
My commitment is rooted in action. I show up, I listen, and I follow through. When people bring concerns forward, I don’t just attend the meeting — I put work behind the words and move issues toward solutions.
I believe in collaboration, even when perspectives differ. My experience has taught me how to work across party lines, across agencies, and across personalities to get things done. Whether outnumbered or navigating complex conversations, I stay focused on what matters: the needs of the community.
For me, leadership is about unity. One band, one sound — moving forward together with consistency, respect, and shared purpose. At the end of the day, it’s about all of Duval. Every neighborhood, every family, every voice deserves to be acknowledged and considered.
My promise is simple: I will continue to show up with action, accountability, and a commitment to the people who make this county strong.
We move forward together — one band, one sound.

I will empower you to let your voice be heard and respected. Our voice matters. You are worthy. Let's make sure City Hall hears you!
We don't need more meetings. We need movement. We need results. District 8 deserves someone who is present every day, not just during election season.
Even when I'm outnumbered, I will negotiate, advocate, and push for what this community deserves.
